Global Executive Director Megan Murphy has led the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools— the leading advocate for girls’ schools—since 2012. Prior to joining the Coalition, Megan served as the Vice President of Development and Alumni Affairs at Semester at Sea, Director of Development at ICGS member Marlborough School,  Dean of Admissions and Enrolment Management at Allegheny College, and a consultant with George Dehne and Associates, an admissions marketing and enrolment strategy firm. Megan earned her B.A. in International Studies and French from Allegheny College and an M.A. in Public Administration and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.  

Taylor is a systems thinker, climate researcher, ecosystem builder, and social entrepreneur. She has worked extensively in communities in Nepal and Sri Lanka to implement community-led solutions to climate, circular economy, waste, food and water security. Her dynamic curiosity has led her to develop disruptive organisations that are challenging traditional notions of economics. Taylor is the co-founder of HYPHA consulting, based in Jersey, working to leverage potential across the food and agriculture system.

Gaelle has 25 years’ Corporate and Entrepreneur experience, holding senior roles in International Marketing including 10 years in Learning & Development where she specialised in Leadership, Training, Facilitation and Executive Coaching with SABMiller and the Coca-Cola company where she was a Global Faculty member of their University. Over the years, she has 

• Coached 200+ executives including High Potential Women 
• Trained 500+ executives across Europe Middle East Africa
• Addressed audiences of up to 2,000 people

She was on the Executive Committee of Appletiser South Africa

Anna is the High School Principal of Green Hills Academy in Kigali. She has been instrumental in establishing the first remote LEAP programme in Rwanda.

Aaron is a father of twin 15 year old girls and the co-founder of indu, a teen-focused beauty brand which launched in October 2023. Prior to that he co-Founded beauty retailer feelunique in 2005 which he subsequently sold to LVMH/Sephora in 2021. He is also an independent Director of Nasdaq listed beauty acquisition company Waldencast, a non-Executive Director of Digital Jersey and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women. He was voted one of the 50 most powerful people in Online Retail for 2014 by Retail Week, IoD Director of the Year for a Large Organisation 2013 and finalist in the UK Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012.
